What are the classroom rules and expectations?
We kindly ask all students to:
Respect their teacher at all times.
Arrive on time and come prepared for class.
Maintain a positive, focused, and respectful learning environment.
Can I reschedule a class?
Classes may only be rescheduled if arranged at least 4 hours before the class time.
As teachers have busy schedules, rescheduling is limited and will only be allowed for genuine reasons.
If a teacher misses a class, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
If a student misses a class without prior notice, unfortunately, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
How does the fees and payment system work?
After your first payment, fees are collected automatically each month for your convenience.
Payments are taken at the end of the previous month (e.g. fees for April are taken on 26th March).
If a payment fails, classes will pause until the payment is completed.
To discontinue lessons, please contact us in advance so we can stop your payments, in shā’ Allāh.
What happens during holidays or Ramadan?
Classes continue as usual unless stated otherwise.
What if I’m running late?
Please inform your teacher as soon as possible.
If a student joins late, the class will still finish at the scheduled time.
If a teacher joins late, they will make up for the missed time.
Will I be refunded for missed classes?
Missed classes cannot be refunded.
Classes can only be rescheduled if notice is given at least 4 hours before the lesson.
Rescheduled classes must be taken within the same month.
Do the same rules apply for group sessions?
All rules are the same for group sessions with the exception of rescheduling classes
Group lessons cannot be rescheduled and any missed lesson will be missed and cannot be refunded
